MAXIMUM HYGIENE FOR ULTRA CLEAN APPLICATIONS

Due to its excellent mechanical and hygienic features silicone is ideally suited for the connection of:

drinking water installations

1. standard connection fittings brass blank resp. upon demand made of lead-free brass or custom-made
2. ferrule made of stainless steel AISI 304
   
3. flexible and hygienically clean silicone
4. high-quality braiding made of stainless steel AISI 304

The Silicone that is used for our hoses is a hightech material of the latest generation. The certification after the German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water (DVGW) with the tests W 543, W 270 und KTW A (bis +60° C) shows clearly the excellent micro-biological cleanness and mechanical capacity. Furthermore, the extremely smooth inner surface avoids deposits and enables low pressure losses. The hose material is food safe, taste and odourless, it guarantees a long-life cycle and is resistant against ozone and UV radiation.

Measurements in mm. All quotations (excluding diameter) are minimum measurements and shall be exceeded when possible.

The guarantee shall apply only if the directions mentioned above are observed exactly as well as the installation has been carried out professionally and in accordance with current regulations. Corrosive, electro-chemical and bacteriological strain shall be avoided by appropriate protection measures. Errors and changes for technical progress excepted. Publication of current issue renders previous editions invalid.
